Since 2006, the Deschutes Brewery has given the craft beer community a once a year release that imposes its magnificence on any enthusiasts’ taste buds. Restaurateurs, beer geeks and hipsters alike have been left with a lasting impression on their palates and hearts. The Abyss has been one of those beers that leaves us longing for winter to taste what the masterminds at Deschutes have produced. The occasion is always special and on June 29th we say a bitter sweet goodbye to five vintages, that have been waiting to be appreciated.
