FROLIC's Night In with Butcher & Bird and Village Bottle Shop

We all could use some company. Join Frolic for an interactive dinner with tasty exclusive menus, great pours and a chance to connect with the people who made it all.

Here's how it works: Pick up your four-course treat selected by Butcher & Bird, along with rare beers to pair with it from Village Bottle Shop, on Saturday, Sept. 12 between 3:30 and 4:30 p.m. at Butcher & Bird. Then, log in to join our virtual dinner party at 5 p.m. with Tim Golden of Village Bottle Shop, Chuck Wakeman of Butcher & Bird and Frolic's Thomas Obungen.

Four-course meal:

• Pork rillettes and a tartly sweet quince mostarda
• Savory roast coppa, one of the rarest cuts from a pig, lavished with brown butter vinaigrette and crispy kale
• Squash hash with pancetta, roasted garlic, onion and cranberry and pickled root vegetables
• Dessert

Tickets are $55 each for the pairing.
