Family Business Forum: WLife (Women Leaders in Family Enterprises) Learn about the unique issues and challenges women leaders in family enterprises face in the family, in the business and in the community. Be inspired by those women who have navigated these unique obstacles and succeeded as business leaders.

What you need to know about women in family enterprises:

- The biases and stereotypes are real and everywhere

- The Imposter Syndrome exists

- Women are still not heard as much as men - even in family businesses

- The positive point of view of all of this

- Operating truly gender blind

Business Consulting Resources in conjunction with researches from the University of San Francisco and UCLA have been studying Hawaii and California based women in leadership positions in family owned enterprises. After in-depth interviews, focus groups and online surveys, we are proud to bring together a small panel of experts and successes in WLife (Women Leaders in Family Enterprises).
